I barely update this anymore, I guess that’s a good thing because it means I’m keeping busy. Despite being car-less for 2 weeks after being the victim of a hit and run accident, this month has been pretty awesome. I’m surrounded by good people, work is mostly enjoyable, and I got to relax a lot. Today begins the first day of the semester, and I’ve changed my major to Journalism. For the pass few years my plan was always to get a degree in Marketing and find something to do in that field. Through this last year, I’ve realized I really love writing and can honestly see myself working at a publication of sorts. Hopefully I’m making the right decision, and if not life is full of mistakes. Here’s to a new semester, new possibilities, and keeping focus.
The Dangerous Summer, Sparks The Rescue, and The Graduate will be heading out on a spring tour together. Dates have slowly been trickling out from variousvenues including The School Of Rock in NJ and Croc Rock in PA. The two dates are in the month of March, so expect more dates to be released in that same time period!
If this doesn’t come here because of Warped Tour, I’m going to flip out.
I really hate the fact a certain radio host I work with gets shit on/made fun of all the time. He’s seriously one of the nicest people I know, even if he comes off as a douche sometimes. So his show didn’t start on time or it’s cutting in and out and he has to restart. It’s not his fault the server gets messed up sometimes, not to mention there’s a new one. He plays a generally great mix of music and always has good, fun interviews. Then people complain it takes too long for the interview they want to come on, but he has a structure he goes by. Some people who don’t even do interviews typically go on his show and he really deserves more credit. He takes time out of his life to do and promote the show, it’s not his main job, so people really just need to give him a break.
